What to do
- Analyze requirements and define the scope of work.
- Take overall responsibility for testing tasks across the entire project or assigned projects.
- Develop detailed test plans, design test scenarios, and prepare test data.
- Execute tests, record test results, monitor defect resolution, and report on testing progress.
- Monitor and control change requests or additional requirements as per client needs.
- Contribute to the creation of project documentation and write user guides for the program.
- Assign tasks, supervise, and coordinate with team members to ensure work is completed.
- Evaluate, train, support, and guide team members to build a capable and skilled workforce.
What you should have
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Electronics and Telecommunications, Mathematics and Computer Science, or related fields.
- At least 3 years of experience in testing, with experience as a Test Leader.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of testing processes and techniques.
- Strong knowledge of software testing methods.
- Excellent communication, training, and technical problem-solving skills.
Nice to have
- Proficient in English.
- Strong customer communication and presentation skills.
- Effective in work management, time management, problem-solving, and handling situations with flexibility.
- Ability to work independently and in teams, with a high capacity for working under pressure and in a high-intensity environment.
