What to do

Responsible for designing, managing, and developing products.
Create interfaces for various platforms, including websites, mobile devices, and applications.
Collaborate with Business Analysts to research and define the design direction for product features.
Proficient in building and applying design systems to products.
Design UI/UX interfaces across multiple devices and platforms, including Android/iOS apps, web, and SmartTVs, particularly for web-based software products.
Work closely with Support, Marketing, Development, QA teams, etc., to create optimal and clean designs that enhance user experience.
Conduct user behavior research and evaluations during the product/feature design process. Optimize experiences to provide strong justifications for product outputs.
Research and stay updated on new design trends to continuously improve product design quality.

️What you should have

At least 1 year of experience in designing software products. Experience in designing SaaS products is an advantage
Bachelor’s degree in design, information technology, or related fieldsProficient in technical English and good at communication in English
Proficient in design software: Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.
Skilled in using image design and editing software: Photoshop, Illustrator
In-depth knowledge of components, auto-layout, etc.
Strong aesthetic sense: composition, color, contrast, hierarchy, etc.
Good logical thinking about feature flow and capable of interaction design
Diligent in researching and exploring solutions, patient, and meticulous in creating products
Able to work under pressure and take responsibility for assigned tasks
Strong decision-making and problem-solving skills in design and user experience strategy

️Nice to have

Strong customer communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in work management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Able to work independently as well as in a team.
Knowledgeable in video editing software: Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects.
Familiar with HTML, HTML5, and CSS
