What to do

Collaborate with Managers and the Development Team to clarify business requirements and create business specification documents.
Report errors and issues that need resolution.
Develop test scenarios (test cases, test designs).
Execute test cases (manual and automated) and analyze results.
Review interface and technical design documents to understand system functionalities and identify potential issues early in the design and development stages.
Report bugs to the development team.
Work with other teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.
Perform quality assurance checks and suggest improvements.
Ensure the product meets customer requirements.

What you should have

Junior to Middle-level tester with over 1 year of experience in software testing.
Proficiency in technical English and good English communication skills.
Over 1 year of experience in app and web quality assurance.
Strong skills in writing reports and creating test cases.
Ability to understand basic test cases and test scenarios.
Capable of working independently as well as collaboratively with teams. High sense of responsibility in work.
Proactive in ensuring deadlines and product quality are met.
Ability to create functional test cases and develop test scenarios for integration/system testing.

Nice to have

Good to excellent English skills
Strong customer communication and presentation skills.
Proficient in work management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
Experience in testing web applications, conducting stress tests, and performance testing.
Ability to work both independently and in a team environment.
